Hello, I’m Shanya, the spunky new Office Manager at Passion. With five years in healthcare, I started as an LNA in nursing homes and assisted living. After obtaining my Med Tech certification, I excelled in personal care and transitioned to a unit coordinator role, collaborating closely with Passion for years.  It was very clear to me that Passion was where I wanted to be, and I made the very exciting decision to become a team member. Joining this group of women has been a rewarding decision, and I’m thrilled to contribute my skills to our shared goal of providing top-notch care.

I’m a believer in the power of lending a helping hand and finding satisfaction in making a positive impact on people’s lives.
